Michael O’Reilly is now ‘off the tools’, but MO’R MORTGAGE OPTIONS all started with an idea he had back in 2000.
Michael began his career in the construction industry more than 40 years ago, where he discovered a keen interest helping families find – or build – their dream home.
Around the same time, Michael started investing in property himself. After speaking to many lenders directly about the types of investment lending structures available, Michael quickly realised there was severe lack of knowledge and expertise in this area.
It occurred to Michael there would be other property investors leaving returns on the table, simply because they were unaware of the investment strategies available.
And if investors were missing out, so too would be home owners by paying much more for their home loans than necessary – simply because they accepted the first loan offered by their existing bank.
Michael established MO’R MORTAGG OPTONS as a way to share his lending knowledge with as many home owners and property investors as he could. So they too, could build strong financial foundations for their families.
Michael’s sons Daniel and Brendan and daughter Kathryn, now run the business he started all those years ago.
Whilst much has changed over the two decades, what hasn’t is our commitment to educate home owners about property finance. We’re as committed as ever to help borrowers throughout the process, so not only they’ll save time and money, but they’ll actually enjoy the experience.
